TERMS OF SALES

2 - Price The goods are invoiced at the price including tax in force on the day the order is placed. The shipping costs are calculated in addition according to the destination and the carrier. The general rate is annexed to these conditions.

3 - Delivery is made either by direct delivery of the product to the purchaser, at the latter's request. The shipment can be entrusted to a carrier, with delivery to the premises designated by the purchaser. The verification of the goods by the buyer must be carried out at the time of their taking over. In the event of damage or missing items, complaints about apparent defects or non-conformity of the delivered product, the buyer will issue clear and precise reservations which he will notify immediately without delay. 4 - Delivery times The delivery times are indicated according to the availability of supplies. 6 -Guarantee The seller will take the greatest care in the execution of the order and the quality of the products. The sums remaining due for other deliveries will become immediately payable if the seller does not opt ​​for the resolution of the corresponding orders.

9 -The goods sold remain the property of the seller until full payment of their price. However, the risks relating to the goods will be transferred to the buyer or to the carrier, upon physical delivery of the products.

10 - If the Buyer is absent during the delivery of the Item, he undertakes to collect the Item at the appropriate post office within the allotted time. In the event that, failing to pick up the Item within the time limit, it is returned to the Seller. The Buyer undertakes to approach the Seller to organize the reshipment of the Item. The Buyer will be required to bear the costs of returning the Item or to pick up the Item directly from the Seller, subject to the latter's agreement.
